YWAM Potchefstroom believes that part of its mandate is to help fulfil Christ’s Great Commission, and as such seeks to conduct evangelistic gospel meetings in which the unsaved are presented with the good news of Jesus Christ and are given the opportunity to begin a personal relationship with the Lord.
We also seek to offer effective discipleship for those who become, or already are, followers of the Lord so they may in turn become disciples who disciple others.
The team at YWAM Potchefstroom believes there are several significant avenues for evangelism and discipleship in our local area which include:
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
There are several ways in which someone can support YWAM Potchefstroom’s evangelism and discipleship ministries. The first is through prayer; YWAM Potchefstroom believes in the power of prayer to change nations, and as such your intercession for our work is invaluable to us.
Also, there are always financial requirements involved with any form of ministry, and YWAM Potchefstroom feels strongly to not burden the people we are reaching with these costs. As we are a faith based ministry in which every staff position is unsalaried, we are reliant on God’s provision and prompting of others to financially partner with us to see the Great Commission fulfilled.
