Operation Refugee Mission Tour
This tour is for the Christian adventurer that enjoys African nature and wants to see God’s kingdom come in Africa.

Tourist attractions that are visited is the game park in Northern Botswana, the Zambezi game park close to the Zambia border, the Victoria falls, a game park in Lusaka and Cape Mclear at the Malawi Lake.
Operation refugee mission tour aim to look at different mission stations while enjoying some of the best nature destinations the countries has to offer. A highlight of the nature is the Victoria Falls and the highlight of the mission opportunities is the ministry at the refugee camp in Malawi.

TOUR PROGRAM
Sunday 1 January 2017
Pickup at OR Tambo and sleep in Johannesburg Ywam base.
Monday 2 January:
We depart at 8h00 from O R Tambo International Airport, and 9h00 from Johannesburg Station.
We arrive in Witpoort at 13h00, where we have lunch. This is the location where the first missionaries crossed the Vaal River. The first white child to be born north of the Vaal River was born in this home.
From Witpoort we move to Kumakwane, Botswana. We will arrive at 18h00, and will be taken for a tour through an aquaponic vegetable garden, as well as a garden where the Farming God’s way principles are being applied. There will also be a visit to a Christian bookshop and coffee shop in Kumakwane, which are also used as a coffee-bar for evangelism outreaches over the weekend. We will also see the monument where Livingstone built the first school in Botswana.
Tuesday 3 January
We depart the next morning at 9h00, and proceed unto Nata, where we will sleep over for the night at Nata Lodge.
Wednesday 4 January
We depart at 8h00 for Kasane, where we will have a game drive and a sunset cruise in the evening.
Thursday 5 January
We depart from Kasane, cross the Zambezi river on a ferry at Kazangula, and proceed to a Game farm
near Lusaka, the capitol of Zambia.
Friday 6 January
We depart from Lusaka, swim in the Luanga river near the Luanga bridge, and sleep over at a guest house on the way to the border Zambian/Malawian border.
Saturday 7 January
We cross the border into Malawi, and move onward towards the guesthouse at Rosehill in Dowa.
14h00 We reach out the Refugee Camp in Dzaleka, as well as some churches there.
Sunday 8 January
We attend a church service at Dzaleka Refugee Camp, visit the YWAM Base in Blantyre, and sleep over in Blantyre.
Monday 9 January.
Drive from Blantyre to Cape Mclear, sleep in Cape Maclear, and Livingstone’s grave there.
Tuesday 10 January
We reach out in Dzaleka Refugee Camp, sleep at God s farming in Llongwe.
Wednesday 11 January
We leave for Zambia, picnic at the Luanga river and sleep over in Lusaka.
Thursday 12 January
We arrive at Livingstone, and enjoy a sunset cruise on the Zambezi river.
Friday 13 January
Drive at 13:00
We visit Vic Falls, and drive to a Mission Station in Francistown.
Saturday 14 January
We arrive in Gaborone, visit the Three Kgosi Monument, and a snake and Lion Park. We sleep over in Gaborone (Kumakwane).
Sunday 15 January
We attend an outreach service in Setlhareng, Lobatse, have lunch at a Lodge in Lobatse, and cross the border to Ottosdal, where we spend the night.
Monday 16 January
We visit Natanja Christian School, and are back at Johannesburg Station at 15h00, and Oliver Tambo Airport at 16h00.
Sunday 1 January 2017
